First we understand. Then we configure the Management Architecture infrastructure around your existing systems.

VOLERE analyzes a business’s existing systems and operations; it configures the VOLERE Management Architecture infrastructure around the existing structure, establishes the necessary connections and activates VOLERE Management Modules.

  1. 1 · We understand how the business operates

We examine how operations actually run: where information is created, where it is delayed, which work is repeated and at which points control depends on individuals.

At the end of this stageThe current way of operating, management gaps and priority areas for review are laid out.

  2. 2 · We identify the points of loss and bottlenecks

We identify the repetition, waiting, unnecessary work steps, information gaps and control gaps that affect time, resources and profitability.

At the end of this stageIt becomes clear which points in the business need to be improved from a management perspective.

  3. 3 · We configure the Management Architecture infrastructure

Existing systems such as ERP, Excel, operations software and data sources, together with how the business operates, are matched with the Management Architecture infrastructure. The connections to be established are determined, along with which management capabilities and VOLERE Management Modules will be activated.

At the end of this stageThe integration scope, the required connections and the VOLERE Management Modules to be activated become clear.

  4. 4 · We implement the integrations and activate VOLERE Management Modules

Existing systems are preserved wherever possible and connected to the Management Architecture infrastructure. Where gaps remain, VOLERE Management Modules and the required digital management capabilities are activated.

At the end of this stageExisting systems and VOLERE Management Modules work together within the shared Management Architecture.

  5. 5 · We strengthen management visibility

We create a view of the business in which management can see earlier the points that are critical for time, resources, profitability and control.

At the end of this stageManagement can assess more clearly not only what is happening, but why it is happening and where intervention is needed.

The outcome is not more systems; it is a business structure that can be managed with less uncertainty.

The Management Architecture infrastructure is shared. The configuration takes shape around your existing systems.

VOLERE Management Architecture runs on a shared infrastructure. Your existing systems, such as ERP, Excel files, operations software and data sources, are connected to this infrastructure; the necessary connections are established, and management capabilities and VOLERE Management Modules are activated as needed.

  • Current system and process view

An understandable model of how the work actually runs today.

  • Information and system flow

A structure that shows where information is produced, where it is repeated and how it moves between different sources.

  • Control and responsibility structure

A definition of how tasks, approvals, pending work and exceptions will be managed.

  • Digital capabilities to be activated

Tools and connections that complete the management needs the current structure does not meet.

  • Management view

A structure that lets management see more clearly the points that require intervention in terms of time, resources, profitability and control.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to replace our ERP?
Not unless necessary. The principle is to preserve the existing ERP and other systems wherever possible. VOLERE Management Architecture connects to these systems; a change is considered only if an existing system does not provide a required management capability.
Can we continue with Excel?
Yes. Excel remains in use where it works. VOLERE does not aim to remove Excel; it connects to the Management Architecture the points where information critical to management is scattered, repeated or hard to reach.
Is custom software developed for us?
Our basic approach is not to develop custom software from scratch for every business. The Management Architecture works together with existing systems; where needed, VOLERE Management Modules and the required digital capabilities are activated.
Where do we start?
The first step is to understand your current operations, systems, data sources, and priority management needs. We then identify the required connections, missing management capabilities, and the VOLERE Management Modules that may need to be activated.

Let us talk about what affects time, profitability and control in your business.

In the first meeting, we review your current setup, priority areas for improvement, and how the Management Architecture could contribute to your business.
